Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book a session or service?
We recommend booking your session at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

(1) All retainers are non-refundable but can be applied to a future photoshoot. A minimum of 24 hours notice will be required for rescheduling the session (with the exception of unexpected weather like rain/thunderstorms, in which case the parties will work together to reschedule).

(2) If the cancellation is initiated by MDZA Photography all money paid to MDZA Photography from the client shall be fully refunded, INCLUDING the retainer. Refunds shall be paid out within 10 calendar days from the cancellation date.

Is it possible to receive extra photos than the number I'm going to get originally as final product with my service?

Yes, extra photos may be purchased at 1 photo for $10, 3 photos for $15 and 10 photos for $50 when it comes to the individual services  that we offer.

Normally with most of the PREMIUM PACKAGES that we manage, the client is able to choose the number of pictures they want to get.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While working together...

Both parties agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential. Failure to arrive on time results in a shortened session. MDZA Photography takes it really seriously when it comes to being on time and sees it as very disrespectful when you are late. The respect of other people’s time is highly important and has to always be present everywhere. Please take in consideration that if you know a location is far or you know that getting to this place will involve going through the city traffic, consider leaving at a previous time that you are aware that even if there is traffic you will make it on time.
